We recommend checkerboard emboss spunlace to you. This beautifully embossed spunlace can be used for various applications, such as face wipes, baby wipes, dry wipes, floor wipes, food service wipes, etc.

The checkerboard emboss is combined with apertured square and nonapertured square. The apertured square is 22 meshes per square centimeter. And the nonapertured square has a decorating round apertured area. All these design makes a high effective cleaning effect, whose meshes can easily clean dust, oil grease and conclude them within the fabric.

A.    Checkerboard embossed spunlace application:

1.     Face wipes. This beautiful design can be good as beauty wipes, salon wipes. Commonly it is made from 100% cotton, 100% bamboo fibers, or 100% viscose. Surely it is also ok to do with blends with viscose and polyester;

2.     Wet wipes. Commonly 100% viscose, 90% viscose 10% polyester, or 80% viscose 20% polyester is highly recommended for wet wipes. 100% bamboo fibers with natural color will be quite good as baby wipes because it is totally natural and anti-bacterial, very healthy to baby skin;

3.     Salon wipes. This special emboss design will bring different spa experience to your clients. And it can quickly clean hair or face.

B.     Checkerboard embossed spunlace Lapping:

Now we have 4 production lines including cross and parallel lapping. So it is quite ok for us to produce both lapping fabric.

C.    Checkerboard embossed spunlace Grammage range:

35gsm to 90gsm for the parallel lapping;

40gsm to 130gsm for the cross lapping.

D.    Checkerboard embossed spunlace MOQ:

1000KGS is ok for us to produce for viscose/polyester blends while 2000KGS for the natural color bamboo fiber ones.
